If I knew X470 was getting SAM support, I wouldnt have been so quick getting a 3070!
ASUS mentions that they do not recommend the use of this BIOS version if a Ryzen 3000 (Zen 2) or Ryzen 2000/1000 (Zen) or even an A-series processor (Bristol Ridge) is used. Also, and quite important, this BIOS update cannot be undone. Once updated, it is not possible to switch back to an older BIOS version in the event of problems.
Seems like it is 5000 series only. At least you don't need to buy a new mobo.

It doesn't say, but considering it specifically states SAM which is an AMD product name it is safe to assume it is only talking about RDNA 2For Nvidia also ? (Yes Nvidia will support SAM at some point - in case anyone tells me it can't be done with Nvidia) Soz can't read link blocked where I am.
Wonder if the performance uplift will be worth be upgrading from B350 to something to take advantage of SAM.
