Have you got ice spike tyres fitted just in case, or does the tag-along trailor make you pretty stable?
I squeezed in a rare outdoor ride after work on Monday afternoon, first time visiting a South Downs hill for ~5 weeks or so, legs died when I was almost home having almost certainly pushed my lack of fitness too much while trying to get back before it was pitch black... The fatigue I've felt since has been unreal, doing this short workout
https://whatsonzwift.com/workouts/back-to-fitness/week-2-1-slow-motion/ with a bit of free-riding afterwards was an absolute chore at gone 2030 last night and today I feel like I'd typically feel after beasting myself up several cat4s pre-Covid!
Supposedly my "power and relative effort" TRIMP score for Monday was ~250 (a combination of commuting, delivering and post-work ride), taking my fitness score very briefly to the highest it's been since mid March, at the cost of my form plumetting to -23 (which partially explains why I still feel so wrecked today at -6 having not done a thing on a day off work).
It's been a very surreal year in terms of cycling and general fitness (besides all the other aspects of Covid), by my standards I felt like a machine during late Jan and early Feb, but after catching Covid it's been a whacky rollercoaster and I'm now heavier to boot at ~81Kg.
