What are the current shipping times like for in stock items? Bought a hero chair on Wednesday 25th and it’s not shipped yet. My old chair is broke so was hoping to have my replacement by early next week

Same here ordered a Quest 2 on Wed 25th for next day delivery, and still not shipped. They are quick to take your money, I would cancel but no one answers the phone, rubbish customer service.
