May I ask why so far back in the driver package?
I just jumped on for a couple of games of plunder and it seems I've taken a fair performance hit from never dropping below 100 fps to regularly dipping in to 75-80 fps. No settings have changed since I last played.
Every time I tried another driver package it made this game (the only game Ive been playing all year) worse. Either graphical glitches / bugs or performance decrease.
I tried out the latest drivers for Cyberpunk and they too break this game. Cyberpunk also has no issues with 445.87 that I am to experience yet

I'll maybe give that a try also then. I installed the latest driver after I last posted but could see some issues you mentioned.
I'll try an older driver like you mentioned.

Just jumped in to test and it looks to be between 10-12ms on CPU and GPU times in plunder.
I'm on driver version 460.79 though.
Thanks
GPU is about 7ms, CPU 11ms with 460.79. However on 445.87 the CPU time drops to ~4ms (actually it increases when going to the newer driver)

5 to 7ms for both

all graphic settings high and on 3080 6700k

Thanks
Are you also on the latest driver with the 3080?

I'm running 2080Ti / 5800X

Why would a GPU driver cause latency on the CPU?

Similar - 3440x1440 100Hz, Gsync (fps capped at 90) vsync forced globally on, off in game menu.

I either play COD with low latency on the 445.87 driver and suffer graphics glitches and lower fps in Cyberpunk post update or update to 460.79 for a better Cyberpunk experience but massively increased latency in COD.
Open to any driver seuggestions inbetween that may help both

I thought vsync should be disabled if using gsync

I'm playing on my laptop with 2060 Max P and 4800H so wasn't sure if that could be the issue. I've just downloaded the first driver it shipped with to give it a go and see what happens with my FPS and latency.

I'm unsure what my desktop is as thats a 3600/Vega56.

I have read an article that seems to suggest that the driver that adds Nvidia reflex appears to be when the FPS drops came about again which was driver 456.55

With Nvidia Reflex off I still get his CPU time with the latest driver. Thanks, will try these '456.38-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql'

edit - 456.38 instantly crashes Cyberpunk upon loading. Back to 445.87 system restore.

I'm yet to play Cyberpunk so this doesn't affect me. Yet! But it will do. I'll maybe roll back the driver to see if it gives any benefit to Modern warfare.
