Is someone trying to scam me?

I've just received a parcel containing a vacuum flask from a company called Chilly's Bottles containing a vacuum flask and a delivery note with my details (name/address) which are correct. The trouble is I've never heard of them.

There a web address on the delivery note for if I want to return it, but with all the warning lately about scams I'm not inclined to go to it.

What do I do?

was it a signed for delivery? if not then you never got it right. Also contact Chillys website and ask for details of the order perhaps? If it came from them then legit someone got you a free flask. If not from them then yeah scam but what purpose does this achieve.

They're a legit company (I have one myself). I would assume it's been sent direct to you as a gift.

I've had a few unsolicited freebies this year. Mostly from companies I've already made purchases with via Amazon/eBay.

It's some form of viral marketing. You get it free and they hope you'll leave a great review.
