The people getting upgrades are 3070 None OC customers who are waiting and will get upgraded to OC variants next year as there are no backorders on several of the 3070 OC variants.

Inno3D have shipped some 3080 Frostbite and a very small amount of 3080 X3, they have an open PO with us over festive period and under instructions to ship anything they get but as with most other manufacturers they are getting extremely small amounts of 3080 GPU at moment.

I am on pos 120 for the TUF non OC at the moment, it has been a long wait (3 months and 7 days ) I got a very good deal on a MSI 3070 Suprim (last week) so I am using that in the meantime...hope I can see my 3080 in January

EVGA news? I seen @Gibbo says about swapping 3070's for people. Can we get swapped to a different 3080 for the EVGA ones ordered? There seems to be little to non of the EVGA 3080's coming in stock. Ordered day 1, EVGA XC3, was 190 in the list, still over a 100 now. Gone down the list due to cancelations.

I got one, sort of by accident. I already have an MSI 3070, but went through the FE drop for a 3080 fully expecting it not to work, but it went through. So looks like I've got a 3080 now too.

Now how to explain to the wife that I've got 2 GPUs...

Same issue with MSI Ventus. Some queues are just not moving except for people cancelling. Not sure whether it's the manufacturers or OCUK having issues sourcing certain cards.
