At the risk of being accused of being a lickspittle, seeing the news of the Gaming X Trio upgrades made my heart leap a little as I'm in the 40s position-wise (and age, but that's another story). The last few weeks have been horrifically crap (ageing parents related badness) and coupled with discovering yesterday that latops really don't bounce very high when you drop them on a patio, seeing that I might be one of those lucky to get upgraded and get my card has finally created a little ray of sunshine in this old man's heart.

And if I don't get the upgraded card, no worries, I'll go back to lurking and waiting. Having run a retail business I know there's little point shouting at somebody that is powerless to change an outcome and I do appreciate the effort you guys are putting in at this hour on a Friday night. If I could pass a beer (or 'insert drink of choice') through my monitor right now then I would.

that'd take some doing, I'm genuinely surprised by how few RMA issues with have with these Ampere cards. Definitely a lot better than the early last gen.

Unfortunately my order was done with my Amazon login and I can't log in through that method at the moment (am already aware it's a general problem with that method, not just me that can't), so I can't see the order. I'll smile properly as and when the card arrives

Gibbo resolved this with me earlier, you would have gotten an email saying your order is on hold if you are outside of UK due to brexit and dpd, but our queue isnt being effected. Heres his message
"Ive upgraded 500+ orders this week including Irish ones, Ireland orders are not losing their queue positions, those orders are held with stock assigned, once the DPD issue is sorted by DPD, then those orders will ship, to my knowledge a card is assigned to your order if your queue position is met, so stop worrying. The courier and Brexit issue is out of our control and is being sorted by warehouse logistics and the couriers of which I am not privy too."

If you were 21 on the queue position email sent last weekend then yes you’d have being upgraded.

If your 21 now from email sent this weekend then you did not get an upgrade but the next time we get more Trio or Suprim cards your looking good.

Just tried that, but it didn't work, unfortunately. I have been getting the queue updates (was 41 in the queue last Friday) to that e-mail address but the order doesn't show up when logging in on it. Not a problem, I'll just wait for the shipping e-mail as and when.

EDIT: Gibbo replied to the other user in a similar position whilst I was typing the above, so it all looks good, but I'll shout "hooray" with a smile on my face when it ships, whenever that may be.
