Willian and Pepe clearly not up to the job and despite what Arteta says, Cedric can not put a decent cross in from the left to save his life.

I really don't understand that line up nor the substitutions made during the game. Arteta has thrown the FA Cup away this season. Awful game of football and not a surprise at all.

Elneny, Nketiah, Willian and Pepe have been 100% useless all season yet Arteta puts them on in a knockout competition against strong opposition and somehow 3 of them manage not to be substituted. Horrific management.

So just play saka etc every game until they drop and get injured?

No. Just make sure 4 out of the front 6 aren't a waste of space. The difference when Saka and Partey came on was quite telling.
