Collapsing and Rebuilding Wooden Climbing Frame

It's the wrong time of year but we're moving house. I bought and built a large wooden climbing frame for my lad last year and I'm taking it with me, but I'm concerned that by removing the bolts and screws it won't go back together as tightly as before.

Is there something I can do like filling the holes with filler or glue?

Exactly. Take one of each size screw into your local hardware store and buy ones 1mm larger diameter. Same goes for bolts, though you can often improve their grip with a washer or two.

Screw backwards when reassembling so they fall into the same groove. Do this anyway to avoid cross threading
