Can i cancel xbox live payment every month?

Hello. I dont wanna pay every month 8$ for xbox live subscription. Today from my bank account 8$ was gone because of this. Can i cancel this?

So i turned off recurring settlements.

Have now 2 dates of expiring.

Xbox Live gold ---> Status: Expires 1.03.2021
Recurring billing --->Expiring 28.02.2021

Anyway now it dont take again 8$ from my account ?

If recurring payment is turned off for all your subscriptions then no, they won't take anymore money from your account.

But why there are 2 dates? 28.02 and 1.03?

It looks like one date is for when you're xbox live is expiring and one is when they would have charged you?

One shows when you can no longer use gold, you have paid up to that date. Second shows when the payment would have been taken if you didn't cancel.

No they won’t as you have turned off recurring billing.
If they do then you get in touch with them and say I’d like my money back please.

I cancelled mine about 3 weeks ago as I was using the PS4 mainly. It then put an offer on the dashboard for 3 months of ultimate game pass (which includes gold) for £1. Now I seem to be using the xbox more!
