Some overclock on that 6900, is that 500 on the core from stock?
Stock clock is 2499Mhz in Radeon Software. That results in a core clock at around 2400Mhz+ in game.

The main limiter is the power limit though. At default the voltage is 1.175v, which means the actual in game core clock will drop to 2300Mhz+ once the GPU heats up the bounces off the power limit.

I reduced voltage from 1.175v to 1.100-1.125v at 2500Mhz in game which allows more headroom in the power budget.

The settings i used above maintain 2500Mhz+ in game. I can add another 150-200Mhz or so on to the core clock for benching but the cooler would not be able to control that level of heat for longer term gaming but its fine for bench runs.
