Maybe Intel had forgot that one of their comptetors had already done just 4 years ago. Or maybe 6GHZ on 14nm was a 24/7 goal ?

Apparently they also forgot about their own marketing from a few years ago. Turns out glue was the answer all along.

I find it funny that Intel has a go at AMD for "glued" together chips when they did it themselves many years ago with the Q6600, guess they forgot about that

It's just marketing. When you're desperate you'll try anything to throw some shade on the competition, even if it makes no sense.
