Can Anyone make me a Stencil?

I am rebluing a sword blade from the 1800s and I need a stencil to add the finishing floral termination to the pattern. I have asked a few companies but they don't get back to me and I have tried by hand but it's too fiddly - does anyone here have access to a machine? I have the design ready to go, digitally.

What sort of stencil? Paper, vinyl, metal?

I've a vinyl CNC but unsure what material you need to have your stencil made in.

Can do paper, vinyl, card stock up to a certain thickness.
