I had the company run about, a B6 Passat 2.0 TDI 110PS, for an annoyingly long period of time as my company car. That had 176k on the clock when my grumbling about the annual 'Benefit in Kind' being several times the value of the car finally saw it on its way. Drove fine, only issue was coming back onto the throttle while it was doing a DPF regen gave a James Bond style smoke screen out the back.

Never driven anything with more miles than that. I changed my 306 at about 120k because I fancied a change, my Octavia went at just over 130k because it got me twitchy with its oil drinking habit.

North of 140k on my Mondeo and the tdci lump is still on the original injectors and has only lunched one DMF. I’ll bin it if it throws a big bill but the last mot was a few hundred for some disks so why change it?

17 plate Ford Fiesta ST3 so getting on for 4 years old. At very high 18184 miles....... sometimes I wonder why I even bother having a car at that annual mileage.

210k on my BMW 123D, just passed it's MOT with no advisories.

Needs a new battery and it's had an inlet manifold. That's it.

I mean the boot only opens with the remote and the bonnet needs replacing due to rust and the idrive/nav reboots occasionally but that's all character. Oh I gather there's something wrong with the rear suspension too but it always starts (more than I can say for the other half's 66 plate GLA).

Can't help thinking it was the 20k+ miles per year that's got it here, I'm moved closer to work in lockdown but I'm determined to keep it.

Just passed 124k miles last night, only midly impressive thing is that this is a 1.0L Toyota Aygo, engines on these seem to go on forever for such a small unit.

My E90 318 is on 148k. Was bought in a hurry when I moved back here as a temporary commute.....but I've grown to quite like it....despite missing some infuriating options like folding rear seats!

Mate has an A4 estate that's on close to 400k now.

150k on mine, Mondeo 2.2 TDCi

191k on mrs' , Focus 1.6 petrol.

At work there are a few of our vehicles that are 30-40k beyond 1,000,000 miles with one at 1,089,500 (as of 3 days ago, it'll be about 900 higher at the end of today, does around 300 a day)

I bought a Citroen BX brand new and sold it to a vicar in Windsor with 290,000 miles on the clock, still running nicely, but my boss at the time insisted I got a new car !, then I bought a Citroen XM with 11,000 miles on the clock (1 owner) and gave it to the mechanic that serviced it every 6 weeks for the 3 and a half years that I owned it with 323,000 miles on the clock, again, still running nicely !

I was a field service engineer repairing HP's big business laser printers, I was a specialist trouble-shooter, fixing the printers that the regular engineers couldn't fix, and lived in Wiltshire, but drove up the west coast of the country at the beginning of the week staying in hotels each night, looped round Edinburgh and Glasgow midweek and then down the east coast and sometimes into Kent and London, then back home for about 8pm on a Friday each week !

When you factor in loan vehicles and sometimes taking the van for the bigger printers and holiday time off, it was nearer 10,000, sometime more miles a month that I drove. I've driven 1.4 million miles in total now !!
