Identify this old RAM - SDRAM or RDRAM

This is in a Windows 98 SE machine.

It shows 384MB which is correct but then lists RDRAM then SDRAM modules.

Loving Sisoft Sandra 99 benchmarking. Brings back memories

Proper benchmarking and info, not like Cinebench, Geekbench and latest editions of 3d Mark

Hyundai 7V651601ATFG-10S is PC100 SDRAM.

I think RDRAM had to installed in equal pairs, not 128MB and 256MB as shown here.

Won't you be able to download a very old version of CPU-Z which would give you more of an idea of what it is?

Already done. Doesnt have any info on. Modules are very old

Count the pins? 164 for PC100 DIMMS Vs 184 for RDRAM.
