Identify this old RAM - SDRAM or RDRAM

This is in a Windows 98 SE machine.

It shows 384MB which is correct but then lists RDRAM then SDRAM modules.

Loving Sisoft Sandra 99 benchmarking. Brings back memories :) Proper benchmarking and info, not like Cinebench, Geekbench and latest editions of 3d Mark

Hyundai 7V651601ATFG-10S is PC100 SDRAM.

I think RDRAM had to installed in equal pairs, not 128MB and 256MB as shown here.
Thanks. What does the RDRAM 128 and 256 mean then in a top screenshot?


Won't you be able to download a very old version of CPU-Z which would give you more of an idea of what it is?
Will give an old version of cpuz a try too


Why don't you just open the PC and see for yourself?
Already done. Doesnt have any info on. Modules are very old
