Windows 10 Windows sliding around the screen....

Im not sure when this started, within the last few weeks at least, but now when i drag a window it feels like i totally lose control of it and it begins sliding around like a 1 ton weight on a icey surface.

Its sluggish and laggy and totally bizarre....

Graphics driver?
Windows update?

Any suggestions..... Its absolutely horrific...

No issue on my PC, dragged window smoothly as silk.

Could be mouse acceleration, mouse driver or graphics driver.

Was nvidia drivers :/ considering i've not updated them for a couple of months weird how it suddenly kicked in
