I don't know...naming a person as the word describing a feudal Japanese samurai without a lord to serve is a pretty crap thing to call someone. Especially since lacking a lord to serve was at least somewhat dishonourable.

Went for Ezra. It's defo a girl's name, and apparently it means "help". Which is what this kid is going to need, in spades, throughout his school life.

I've spent years developing my poker face when parents tell me the name of their baby, especially with the new trend is spelling the name in a "unique" way.

Those names are all pretty grim but could be worse.

I find it interesting how much a name must effect a kids future.
