Like others have said, not a great selection, so I'm not able to bring myself to vote on this occasion.

If they really want a chavvy name, why not just take any normal name, and spell it wrong.

Or call the child something along the lines of "YOU GOT MY NAME WRONG! FIGHT ME!" and get straight to the point. "You" to their friends. If they have any.

You're of course 100% right. If they give him a qWirky "online" type hacker nickname in reality, then he can use a **** name like Tony Edwards as a forum username.
