I often get email for another person with the same name as me, their gmail address is one letter different.

Just got this email

Hi *****

Supaporn *******
Collette *******
Lorraine *******
Bill *******
Bernie *******
Mark *******
Adrian *******
Darren *******
Kyle *******
I am not going to contact the above people explaining that you are a scammer – I have already added lots of their friends list, many have accepted – it is their friends I will be contacting.
Quite simply, I will message their friends list a factual and non-threating PDF file we have prepared explaining that a friend of theirs and name the person (One of the above) is related to a scammer – **** *******.
Pretends to be in UK based etc – we have all the screen shots.
Obviously, we did not want it to come to this, but it seems the only way to fight a scammer to sink to that level.
Because you have made us sink to this level, we will now only accept a 100% refund – paid by Friday, otherwise the contact will begin.
You have scammed by business partner in the UK for a design I could have got designed here in India for less than £100.
We have lots of pictures of you saved and your family, and please understand that unlike my partner in the UK, we will not give you any more time – full payment by Friday, otherwise we will start with Supaporns friends list. If no payment after that we will go down the list.
Please no longer contact my partner in the UK, message me ONLY when he is repaid in full, and I will check with him.

JUST REFUND THE AMOUNT OTHERWISE YOU WONT BEAR IT

The other person with the same name is a website designer.

There's no mention of how to "refund" the money, are they hoping I'll reply asking what's going on?

I've googled chunks of the text, but nothing comes up
