Terrible price even with offer. But respect to ocuk for doing something others won't.
Genuinely, if you think £529.99 is a terrible price for that card then you honestly don't have any grip of what realistic pricing is in the current climate.

This isn't a personal attack, but honestly, if you expect to see a top quality 6700XT for less than this before the world (component demand and shipping costs) returns to normal, then you'll be disappointed. Gibbo sold these at single figure margin...it's not possible for us to go any cheaper.

As I said a few weeks ago

AMD's MSRPs are as fictional as Nvidia's

To give you some idea, the MSRP for the upcoming 6700XT MBA is exactly the same as our COST price. So they expect us to make nothing...not even cover our costs...
erm....no, that's not happening.

Worse still, AIB cards are usually more expensive to make than MBA/Founders, so when they start coming through we're going to be well over "MSRP"

Also errors like everyone else.
It's not quite everyone but we're trying to get the permissions sorted. It's not proving as straightforward as we hoped.

is there going to be a post limit on who can see the sub forum ?
Yes, a post limit and length of membership. Don't worry, you qualify.

Can confirm, can't see that for now (in case that helps with your testing).
It does, thank you.

Just because it's the pricing around the world, doesn't make it a good price though. I beleive that is his point, not that OcUKs pricing is bad. Considering the price they should've been (advertised RRPS) it's a bit of a **** show all round really. *I'm not blaming OcUK, but the pricing has been ridiculous and this card is no different. It didn't help that most companies were price gouging at the start, creating new normals.

What do you compare it against to conclude it's a bad price? Against unicorn MSRP that doesn't exist?

Yup. People think they should be able to buy something they regard as "mid range" for the £200 they paid for such a card 20 years ago (within the product line up). But in reality if you have a card like a 6700XT you are up in the top 5% of PC gamers.
