How so? By design it must have worse black reproduction.
No 16gb Ram iMac available, only 8/256 at £1649.

Probably just a default configuration thing, once it opens up for order you can select 16GB.

Are you asking if Windows on ARM can run x86 applications? If so I am not sure. I don't believe that Windows has anything similar to Rosetta 2.
