Well guys got my 6900XT Ultimate today and my oh my was it a squeeze into my NR200P.

I got it in after taking out a support (but it screws in and out anyway) and after having some gaming my rig is now complete.

The temps on the GPU were 47-55c and my CPU was 70c (5950X)

Gotta be happy with that :)

Could you expand on what is broken?
In a nut shell it is under achieving vs 21.3.2. I saw a very odd thing happen in Far Cry New Dawn. By undervolting the card it dropped the wattage down even with plus +15W so would expect a figure of around 293w. You require more voltage too, 20mv ish.
It's not a crashing mess just the tuning seems to of gone backwards. Few bugs I'd think with the core voltage and power sliders.

Nice! You'll need to run some benchmarks after tweaking and share the results.
