Nothing like a City thread upsetting grown men by winning, the absolute bitterness is brilliant, but also extremely sad to read :(

Seems like you’re manufacturing something in your head like the last thread. Seems most people dislike both these teams and having a laugh at PSG’s expense.

Theres a reason the best teams in the world for the last 7 years haven't relied on individual talents. It doesn't work in the modern game. A good team will always beat one hoping for a moment of brilliance.

That was stupid from Di Maria.

You think Barce and RM would have been half as successful without Messi and Ronaldo?

Has anyone even been directly/solely hating on City :D?

Literally one of the deadest CL knockout threads you’ll see, other years have way more salt lol

God no. Peak Barca were built around Messi but they played as a team. They played tiki-taka, not "give it to Messi". Ronaldo has always been the RM focal point but he was just a goal machine, the guy who scored all their goals. Their team was set up to get the most out of him but he wasn't beating teams on his own.

PSG allow Neymar far too much freedom to the detriment of the team.

That was a soft yellow for KdB and Veratti should probably be off. I would be looking to wind him up a little more in the next 5 minutes.
