I paid an actual real life scalper £1295 for my Red Devil. Bet he's feeling a bit scalped these days seeing what they're now going for! :D Unless my card dies and I find I have no warranty then I'll be feeling considerably worse than just 'scalped' I would imagine...

Paying the £1800 for the toxic is cheap compared to scalpers also add on a extra £800 plus you get no Insurance or anything these are dark days

Looking at the 6900xt's most are also 2y warranty :(

Upgraded from 3900X today.
Got my 5900X running at 4.9 on 6 cores at the moment.
Other 6 cores at 4.7
All core OC
curve optimizer negative -10
max boost 150
scaler Auto

maximum Voltage showing on HWinfo 1.488v
Dumb OC, no time spent on it yet.

(360 Corsair AIO)

Wow, no placebo, 6900XT flys now.

As expected, people on Ryzen 3000 don’t realise how much faster Ryzen 5000 series is. I moved from a 3950X.

Yup, hell of a pairing

Enjoy man!! :)

I was Intel for a loooooooooooooong time, then Zen3 finally fixed AMD gaming performance and I was straight over like the floozy I am!

Thanks, the last AMD CPU I had before my Intel 4770k (8years) was a 6 core 1090T.
The 4770k was a great chip.
Hoping this 5900X sees me through the same timescale. (Says after upgrading from 3900X in only 2 years) :)

Say what you want about feature sets and availability, this AIB model is a beast of a card:
https://www.techpowerup.com/review/asrock-radeon-rx-6900-xt-oc-formula/

That card is... well, it's clearly a big chap... and oddly handsome despite having green on it. I'd say positively monolithic if not for the rounded corners aso.

Don't know why but at first glance I was reminded of a speeder from early Star Wars movies or part of a Pod Racer from later ones.

Nice but not my cuppatea, I'm hoping for a Nitro+ SE 6800XT buy to go my way atm
