I think it might be scalpers buying from scalpers and then reselling even higher which explains the prices creeping up. These arent going to be profitable for mining at 2k a card. Not at least within a reasonable time frame.
Well mining is slowly crashing
.I think I paid £830 ish for my 3080 and I felt it was expensive at the time, I could sell for Scalper-Bay prices now but I don't believe in scapling so I will never scaple the card.
The issue now is I need to build another Rig , mostly used by my cousin as she plays on my Rig too much, So I have bought all the components and looking for a 4K capable card. I'm also looking for a good 4K monitor
Lol I bought a 3090 for £1700 and felt guilty about the expense so returned it.... I could have made £800-1500 if I'd kept it and sold it on now. That's insane!

Got to admit tempted to get a tweakable Ti with the extra vram
Is there a thread for rtx 3060 ti or is it not discussion worthy I want to pre order this card but man anywhere you look it’s just nothing I’m contemplating on getting 3 gtx 1060s and duck taping them together if that is even available. Is there a set time (ETA) when pre orders will be available to get on lists again?
There's no ETA for when the next shipments arrive for cards, let alone the preorders getting fullfilled. Too early to tell.

I think OC are trying to avoid having more queues for obvious reasons.

well looks like my wait is over, I was 14th in queue at the last update for the Aorus Xtreme 3080 and have just received shipping notification.
The price of the Ti will be higher than the 3080, and availability is unknown and likely to be bad, so why not take a 3080 today if available at RRP?

It’s genuinely a situation of take whatever you can get and be bloody grateful! Plus there’s barely any performance difference.

775?! Wow. When I ordered mine I was in like 187 in the queue. I think you should cancel and get a AMD card or downgrade to the 3070. At this rate you won’t get your card until like 2023 at the rate we are going
