I wasn't pulled over. I was in a lay-by on my phone when 3 police cars pulled up besides and behind me. They said I'd been reported as "suspicious" by a passing off-duty from a different force.

I was being totally suspicious today walking down the full length of my street to check out all the new houses, then spending 5-10 mins testing my garden gate latch that got buckled by the wind and needed a crude straightening with pliers.
I was hoping to get reported to the cops for playing around suspiciously with my own door but didn't happen. Maybe I need to walk around the block in my bathrobe and flip flops for real, maybe get a showercap too.
I'm like the poorest sketchiest guy on the council corner of a posh street, affordable housing required on all estates is a godsend. And I've been advised to walk around more. I don't have the confidence to stare at everyone though

Apologies for bumping, but this seemed relevant. Just claim your sword, axe, ceremonial dagger etc is of "sentimental" value.
