EK classic 16mm hard tube fittings

Are they safe? They seem too easy to pull the hard tube out when u tighten it up. Seems like a single o-ring holds the tube in place.

I bailed on hard tubing and bought these:

with hard tubing i dont think its about them moving. the o-ring goes at the end of the tube not over it doesnt it?

I was just test fitting one of my tubes I cut and bent and the fitting connected to the pump twisted 45 degrees which meant the first tube in already came out of socket. There are two o-rings one to hold the tube in and another on the end where the screw down mates with the main fitting.

I have a heatgun, ek bending tool, 2m of unbent tube, a deburing tool - they will go on the member's market as a bundle.

Once it's all put together it wint be able to move about like it can when test fitting one end.
