Rear derailleur advice please

Coming home my bike started to act up, looked down and the rear derailleur had decided to break.
My problem is that it is a Shimano RD R350 10 speed and the only one I can find is second hand.

Does anybody know what a direct replacement would be now or can I just buy a 10 speed Shimano?
Would the short cage version make any difference if I can only get that?

Thanks

As you can see it's been in the wars

It is this bike - https://archive.trekbikes.com/us/en/2015/Trek/7_5_fx#/us/en/2015/Trek/7_5_fx/details

Yeah that's ******. Looks like a short cage but short cage 105 won't work on any cassette above a 30 sprocket.

The GS 105 says 32t max but would get away with it on a 34t in my experience.

@Jonny ///M

Typical.
While waiting for my derailleur to come I decided to give my bike a good clean, I then counted the gears on the cassette and there are 9 :eek:
No wonder the gears have never flowed correctly, sometimes I have to click twice to go to another gear but it's been fine for 3 years when it was the last time I bought a cassette for it.
I've looked at my old receipts and I did order 10 speed but obviously didn't check it.
A 10 speed is on the way.
