Ender 3 v2 Modification

I have an Ender 3 v2 3d printer and would like to upgrade the fans to Noctua and add a BL Touch.
I have all the parts but need someone to fit them all for me.
Appreciate if anyone knows anyone in West London who could do this for me.

Firstly apologies if you aren't physically able to do it yourself but if that's not a problem I would say have a go yourself, you will learn a lot by doing so.
