Both theese are good but the Alphenon is virtually silent.

was going to recommend the Noctua DH15 as its what i am currently using after several failed AIOs, however i have only just noticed you budget and the noctua is quite a bit outside it unfortunately. However Air cooling is definitely the way to go with a good airflow case, but be careful about putting fans in the roof of the case near the front is it may divert the incoming air from getting to the cpu cooler sufficiently

Used a Scythe Mugen 5 last week, very impressed and mounting system was great. Bit over your budget.

The basic arctic freezer 34 would be enough for a 5600X if you want something slightly cheaper than the esports version.
