Nice of you to miss out the teachers asking very young children who's parents are police officers about doing a essay on cop killing.
Or the teacher calling some people "Pasty"

Or calling the children names if they don't support blm ect.
And The 2 named teachers that want to back an illegal group.

You know what's that called? selective listening.

Now if that was a trump supporter you would be having a right go.
Are you trying to cancel these teachers for expressing their opinions online? Surely the school policy would override whatever they have said online in any case.

Online? no. That's there First Amendment right.

"cough" teachers asking very young children who's parents are police officers about doing a essay on cop killing.
Or the teacher calling some people "Pasty" "cough"

Stop thinking UK.
A US teacher did say what he thought about the cancel culture and got sacked.
Just looked it's going to court. Rule for one rule for another.

I'm glad that FL is leading the way again by banning critical race theory.
Another 1st.

The internet isn't covered by the first amendment.

Also it is 'their' not 'there'.

Why wouldn't students do an essay on cop killers? It is a big problem in the US. They murder a frightening amount of human beings.

WRONG again

""[Teachers] have a right to their political opinions, and they have a right to engage in political speech,” said David Hudson, Jr., a law professor at Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn., and a First Amendment Fellow for the nonpartisan Freedom Forum Institute. “Political speech is the core expression that the First Amendment was designed to protect.”"

Try and access some of your favourite websites in a US library and you'll see how much of that first amendment applies to the internet ;)

Also, almost every website you interact with on the internet is a commercial entity that can self-govern. You also pay a commercial entity for your pipe to connect to the internet. So whilst it may be "free" by name it certainly doesn't have limitless platforms for freedom of speech as the right wing nut jobs interpret it.

What's your definition of "very young children"

It's clearly a high school and teaches grade 9-12 students.

Grade 9 is 14-15 years old...

Representing a country she hates is pretty dumb

Who says she hates it all? I've not seen her make any such statement. She is making a statement of protest, something that is specifically protected in the US Constitution. It has triggered conservatives but she has a 1st Amendment right. Also this is her job and the Olympics is a pinnacle for athletes. Why wouldn't she want to represent, the fact she isn't happy with aspects of her country is irrelevant. We are all allowed to call out our own country. You might not like her message, I might not like her message but trying to cancel her Olympics because of it is as cancel culture as it gets.

This page has been hilarious for watching people desperately avoid condemning ******* behaviour by the teachers because the person who pointed it out is @deuse

I see Nikki Hayley has joined the cancel culture crew with US athletes. Either conform to what we say patriotism is or we'll stop you competing at the Olympics.

If you are there as a representative to your country why shouldn't your county be able to specify the terms.

If that person didn't want to represent their country which would include things like supporting the flag, national anthem and a general showing of respect to your fellow citizens, then they are welcome to compete as an individual without state funded support.

As for the things she said in the past, plenty of white folk have been cancelled for far less, and for things that were said much longer ago as well.
