I love my xp-120. Idle, it gets my CPU to 21c, with room at 19c! I think it'd be hard to beat it, short of some extreme water/phase cooling!

XP/XI - 120 anyday with a really good 120mm fan.

Brilliant coolers. It has my AMD 3500 Winchester 29 Degrees Idle
But I admit I do have abit of an unfair advantage, i've got a huge 120mm fan on the side window blowing directly onto the mobo and HS/F for clean air.

to be fair i have a freezer 64 pro- and it's keeping my overclocked opty at 28/29c idle and i dare say it is quieter than your XP-120 with your high flow fan, although i have to admit i have got a panaflo H1 120mm that i'm interested in putting on a XP-120, so end of the month i could see myself getting a xp-120! don't write the freezer off tho as it is a high spec and silent cooler

wish i do get this temp. something is not right on mind xp-120 as im idle @ 33c even room temp is 19c, cant be the case as i have 120mm fan on the front panel getting fresh air direct into the HSF. and 120mm as rear exhaust
