Copying a partition...

ive recently just formatted and almost got everything re-installed, and ive just gone and bought a 74gb raptor hdd

Partition magic has a 'copy partition' feature. does this mean i can import my raptor hdd, partition it all, and then copy the contents of my c: drive over to the raptor?

Has anyone done this before? or is there a better program to use? thanks

Have a look at Acronis True Image, I used the demo to clone a failing drive onto a new, larger disk. The new partition can be larger or smaller than the original so long as there is room for the actual data.
