Or am i hopelessly outdated ? - as if . . .

I notice even Belkin and Akasa (on this iste) do rounded ones
some even metal braided and , gosh , copper braided !

as long as they're decent ones should i be okay ?

rememeber something years ago about every alternate wire
in an ide is an earth or shielding or something so its improtant
to keep that structure
rather than all of them loose ?

thanks

Pah, all this rounded cable non-sense!

I rather the old skool ribbon cables, much easier to manage within the case, folding happily the way you want it...unlike the round ones, which offer no means of management, they just stick out.

I did get some Akasa ones for a box two years ago, they were only cheap, but they are fine. Yellow as far as I can remember...

Interesting read that was, although it went too in depth about the length of the cables. I was expecting more of a ribbon vs round comparison, but there we are.

Either way, I never see my cables, as I don't have a windowed case. The only reason I tidy my cables is purely for airflow.
