Nvidia 256mb Fx 5950 ultra

ive just got this card and would like to set it up to run on dal monitors. i plug the first monitor in fine and it detecs it but when i use the adaptor on the second outlet it is not showing that monitor up in windows. Does anyone know what the probem is here?

Have you extended your desktop? right click on desktop and go on the settings tab then there should be a drop down bar with you GFX card name in there, drop down to the second one and then there should be a tick box near the bottom of the window saying extend desktop or something like that.

well ive managed to mirror the displays, but ultramon isnt picking up there is 2 seperate desplays on 1 card ??
