I looked in the power bios but there was only stuff like CPU frequency PCI E frequency and voltages, no option to change the FSB/DRAM ratio? Can you do it from inside windows with another programme?

I have an opteron 144 currently running at 2.3gig (I only got it yesterday and am still testing) with 2x512mb of OCuk Value RAM which I have always used a divider with to get it at 200mhz which it runs stable at 2.5-3-3-7 (1T), It also runs stable at 220mhz at 3-3-3-8 (1T), which would be better to run? I had a 2.66gig celeron which I used to run at 3.3gig to get the memory at full speed as the stock Fsb was only 133mhz! I also have a a64 3500 at stock (on family pc) but otherwise I havent had much experience with a64s or opterons. Is faster mem frequency better or lower freq. and tighter timings?
