I've just had a quick look to try and replicate it on my machine. But I can't. Maybe someone-else can

your address bar in in the top right!

Go View->Toolbars->Un tick lock toolbars, then drag where it says address in the top right

Ah yea. I've done that myself, in the past. By somehow accidentally clicking the mouse button whilst moving it around the screen, and dragging one of the bars off the side of the screen somewhere. The old trigger finger gettin' a little itchy after some UT2004 or something
