Safe temps and voltages for an opteron 144

Hi everyone, could you please tell me what the safe operating temperatures and voltages for an AMD opteron 144 are please. Just about to start overclocking so these would be enormously helpful. Am using an asrock 919 dual sata2 mobo with 2x512MB GEIL value PC3200 if you need that info.

Asrock won't go above 1.45 without V modding anyway. The "normal" mod takes it to around 1.55 and there is another that can take it to 1.6 apparently.

I think for a 146 max "safe" temp is supposed to be about 69*C.......so I assume the 144 won't be much different.

Cheers for that, ive seen the volt mod on a website somewhere, dont think i'll be trying that just yet!!
