Get Forums Working On A Server

Ok my mate just gave me some space on his server to host my forums which i am currently doing on a server box in my house using my net connection (groan) but im finding it hard to setup anyone know how to do it.

Its a linux box and i have installed phpbb2 in the control panel just cant figure out how to get it working.

I can sign in now but cant log onto the admin panel it just says page cannot be displayed.

Can you post the full error message? Which HTTP error code are you getting?
