WoW Warrior Question

I've got a lvl 33 warrior as my main char, and to be honest I haven't spent any talent points

What is the best way to spend them, go for an all rounder or go for a specific discipline? I'd like to squeeze as much dmg out of my char as possible. So what are the best dmg dealing skills to spend my talent points on? I'm reckoning the ones in the fury skill tree, but any ideas which ones?
