Sync to a USB key?

Hi guys,

Just a quick question, basically what I want to be able to do is work at home, then stick everything on a usb disk. Then, take that USB disk to uni, do some work, and then come back. I would then like to be able to plug the USB disk in, and for it to update all the files I have changed.

I have discovered that you can use the 'briefcase' function to do this, but it seems that I would need to decide what files I am going to work on before I go out, which isn't always possible.

Can anyone come up with a better solution than the above?

Cheers guys

There are some freewares/sharewares that do the sync process and you can specify the folder/drives to keep updated.

A very basic program is called FileSync 1.0 which I used briefly - it does the job but it's a very simple program. Worth a try maybe?
