current system is:

athlon xp 1700+ @ 2ghz
512mb twinmoss @ 166mhz
radeon 9500NP 128mb
320gb hdd space across 3 maxtor diamondmax 9 drives

I want to upgrade to a x64 sckt 939 system without spending too much cash. I figured the motherboard has to be where the most cash is spent, its gotta have pci-x but the gfx card itself doesnt need to be anything special, aslong as its no worse than my 9500. HDD wise i can use my current IDE drives as storage and get a cheap sata to boot from. RAM, something like 512/1gb as its not that expensive atm.

Any suggestions?
