overclocking vcore help

fancy overclocking my system now as it getting long in the tooth

just a question about how far i can go with my vcore

can run prime 95 4 a while at 225fsb 3.6ghz running 1/1 memory temps not going above 40c using a new zalman cooler.

just how safe is it to go above a 20% increase in the vcore.
even if the temps are still low.

prime is not the best tester of a cpu. use snm to get your real load temps and stability.
