get files from XP Pro onto windows 98se

Hi all got two pc's and a router, 1st pc = xp pro 2nd = 98se, both are connected to net but i think i need to make a home network, ive done this before when both pc's had xp pro but how do i do it with 98se i want to get files from the xp pro machine to the 98se machine basically
