I've seen quite a few people on this forum witjh S939 and the aforemetioned PSU to be running happily. Despite that and the fact that Antec have always been reliable with railings, i'm still a bit dubious.

Antec do make good PSUs but just roughly looking over the specification you want to run there it looks to me as if you are going to be pushing things a little. I don't know of any good PSU calculators at the moment and that said they aren't necessarily all that reliable anyway. The 12v rail is probably the most important here, how many amps does it supply?

DFI strongly recomend using a psu of at least 400watts for thos mobos.

on mine there are 4 power connectors for the motherboard alone. This is for a reason they use a lot of power.

Will probably have to get another PSU then. The phantom stiill costs £100+ so i could probably make some money on getting a Tagan 430W or Seasonic S12 430W. I like the idea of modular more, even if Tagan have had a crop of reliability complaints. Seasonic is quieter, but i'm sure the Tagan is still quiet too.
