Shop staff don't really browse the forums. The FAQs clearly states that shop related queries or questions aren't to be dealt with on the forums. I'll bring them to the attention of your other thread, but it's really not the way these sort of matters should be dealt with. I suggest you keep trying to get in touch with them the regular way.
