Forumin a frame?

Hi all,

Just a quick question about doing a webpage in a frame. I've got a website on a domain, and a forum that sits on another host and I want to include the forum within a table cell on the main site. Now I understand this can be done with frames, just not sure how to go about it.

I'm using dreamweaver mx 2004 by the way.
