Good all-round socket 939 motherboard?

The time will soon be here for me to upgrade my socket 478 AGP setup which has served me well for three years and move over to socket 939 with PCI express.

I'll be after a good all-round motherboard with reasonable features including onboard SATA RAID support, decent onboard sound and firewire. Some overclocking potential would be welcome, but stability and reliability are more important than squeezing out the last drop of performance. I'll be going for a mid-range CPU, probably Venice or San Diego core.

Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks for replies :)

I'm also looking for 939 mobo recommendations - for a 4400+, all I'm bothered about is reasonably easy OCing and plenty of USBs. The only one that's caught my eye so far is the ASUS A8R-MVP, but that seems maybe more than I need.
