removing an unwanted program.

I installed a world of warcraft mod from www.worldofwar.net, but then decided I didn't want it, so I uninstalled it, but then when I booted up my pc again it was back, so I went to uninstall it again and it said it had all ready been uninstalled and then gave me the option to remove it from the list. But everytime I boot my pc up it returns I have tried deleting the folder/files from my program files but it doesn't let me. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this program?

edit: I removed it, found out about a program called unlocker in a similar thread.
