OverClocking & Cooling advise (n00b)

im in the process of purchasing the below system, and want some advise

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4400+
M/BOARD: DFI LanParty ULTRA-D
RAM: Mushkin 2GB DDR HP3200 EP (3-3-3-8, 2.6v)
GFX: PowerColor ATI 1900XT
COOLING: T/Take BigWater SE Liquid Cooling & T/Take VGA Block
PSU: Hiper HPU-4K580-MK Type R 580W

overclocking advise, first of all how far would you advise the 4400+ to be pushed and still keep stability, also whats the Ultra-D like for clocking compatability?

cooling advise, will the Bigwater be able to keep the 4400+ and the 1900XT cool enough or should i go with air cooling such as the Freezer 64 Pro

and how would i go about clocking the 4400+ is there a post anywhere that explains this (couldnt find anything specific to dual core on the n00bs guide), id prefer not to cook my CPU 2 days after buyin it

Thanx in advance

You'll be fine overclocking that beyond 2.6GHz I would hope, since I can get mine to about 2.6GHz on air cooling with my G.Skill ZX. :)
